Synchro Sirens Club

The Synchro Sirens resident program is a competitive synchronized swimming club team that practices at the Jacobs Aquatic Center (JAC) in Key Largo and the Ron Levy Aquatic Center at Founders Park, Islamorada.  The training season typically begins September 1 and the competition season runs between November and mid-July.  Current practice schedule:

Ron Levy Aquatic Center, Founders Park    

Monday - 3:30 to 6 pm

Thursday - 3:30 to 6 pm

Saturday - 8 to 11:30 am

Jacobs Aquatic Center, Key Largo  

Tuesday - 3:30 to 6 pm 

Wednesday - 3:30 to 6 pm  

Practices are held 5 days a week and attendance of at least 3 practices per week is recommended.  Club membership fee varies between $70 - $150/month and payment is due on the 1st of every month.  If you live north of mm 91, payment is made at Jacobs (cash or check only).  If you live south of mm 91, payment is made at Founders.

 

Ron Levy Aquatic Center, Founders Park  

Saturdays - 12 to 1pm

 

New Beginners Class

Learn the Flamingo, the Shooting Star, and other basic moves of synchronized swimming! From October through May, the Synchro Sirens club offers a 1 hour beginners class every Saturday at Founders Park.

This program is well suited for girls and boys who are interested in learning introductory synchro techniques.

The cost for the new beginners class is $10/class. Please contact Coach Isla to enroll.
