Synchro Sirens Club

The Synchro Sirens resident program is a competitive artistic swimming club team that practices at the Jacobs Aquatic Center (JAC) in Key Largo and the Ron Levy Aquatic Center at Founders Park, Islamorada.  The training season typically begins just after Labor Day and the competition season runs between December and mid-July.  Current practice schedule:

Ron Levy Aquatic Center, Founders Park    

Monday - Novice = 3:30 to 4:30 pm

Intermediate = 4:30 to 6 pm

Thursday - NOV = 4 to 5 pm

INT = 4 to 6 pm

Saturday - NOV = 10 to 11:30 am

INT = 9 to 11:30 am

Jacobs Aquatic Center, Key Largo  

Tuesday - NOV = 3:30 to 4:30 pm

  INT = 3:30 to 5:30 pm

  

Practices are held 4 days a week and attendance of at least 2 practices per week is recommended for the Novice swimmers.  Club membership fee varies between $70 - $150/month and payment is due on the 1st of every month.  If you live north of mm 91, payment is made at Jacobs (cash or check only).  If you live south of mm 91, payment is made at Founders.
